Picked this place for the view. Third story balcony is breathtaking! Worth lugging your luggage up two flights of narrow stairs. The gentlemen were nice who served us. The bed was so high off the ground, my husband had to hoist me up (I'm 5'6"). Breakfast was kinda lame. Go get coffee across the street. I'd go back just for the view

We are flight attendants so we travel a lot and stay at many hotels. From the moment I contacted this guest house (Chris and the rest of the staff ) they’ve been nothing less then amazing! The level of service and kindness is beyond words. Location right in the center of everything. The room was clean and very comfortable. Definitely worth the pay, we will be back next year 😘

Truly amazing and the host are lovely. We had a top floor room with a balcony facing the water. This is true luxury compared to other inn's we've stayed in at P'Town. Clean and luxurious and friendly what more can you need :-)
